East Buffalo Township conducts public meetings on the second Monday of each month, except for November when the meeting is held on the second Tuesday. The meetings are at the East Buffalo Township Administration Building located at 57 Reitz Blvd, Suite 102 and begin at 6:00 PM.

The EBT drop-off site is located at the Township Municipal Building facility, 589 Fairground Rd. The site is open every Wednesday, (except holidays & during extreme weather events) from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM and the 2nd Saturday from 8:00 am until noon.
