VIRTUAL MEETING FORMAT
In addition to in-person meetings held agt the municipal building, the Township will provide access to monthly public meeting in a virtual format via Zoom webinar.
Registration in advanced of a meeting is required for members of the public who wish to attend. When registering, please comply with the following:
- Provide first and last name1
- Provide current address1
- Limit registration to one per household2
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Members of the public may submit questions and comments to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting any of the elected or appointed officers prior to the meeting. Meeting attendees will be able to submit questions and comments during the meeting through the webinar format.
1 Registration for the virtual meeting will serve as the meeting sign-in requirement for all EBT public meetings. Please do not use fictional names or screen names when registering.
2 Although the number of seats for the virtual meeting exceeds the average attendee count for Township meetings, we ask that registrants limit the number of slots to one per household and that non-residents give priority to East Buffalo Township residents.
Failure to comply as requested may result in your removal from the virtual meeting.
